Posting a job is completely free for clients. We charge a 15% service fee on the job amount, which is built into the provider's quote. What you see is what you pay.

You have a full 24-hour window after job completion to raise any issues. Payment is held until you approve. If there's a dispute, our admin team mediates within hours.
Right now HomeSorted runs on cash-on-completion — the client pays the provider directly once the job is done and approved. Secure card payments with automatic payouts are coming soon; until then, commission is tracked and settled separately.
